The Problem

Oxidation breaks down the maltenes the “glue” in asphalt oil long before cracks or potholes appear. By the time damage is visible, a significant share of the pavement’s usable life is already gone. Sealcoating covers the surface. PDC restores it from within.

Stage I

Surface Greying

Sunlight and oxidation strip surface oils. Asphalt fades to grey and turns dry and brittle.

Stage II

Fine Line Cracking

The top layer erodes, exposing aggregate. Small cracks form and the surface roughens.

Stage III

Structural Failure

Cracks reach the subsurface. Water penetrates, separation begins, and potholes follow.

PDC replenishes the binder. Sealcoat just sits on top.

Pavement Dressing Conditioner is a proprietary rejuvenator, not a topical sealer. It’s absorbed into the pavement structure, chemically restoring the asphalt’s original oil content and flexibility no reengineering, no expansion or contraction issues, no added layer to wear off.
