Our Story
ARC was built on decades of hands-on experience and the belief that there is usually a better way to solve a problem.
Our background spans several skilled trades, including HVAC, electrical work, framing, plumbing, remodeling, general construction, and asphalt services. This experience developed the practical problem-solving mindset and attention to detail that continue to guide every ARC project today.
After entering the asphalt and concrete industry in 2017, we began looking for an alternative to traditional sealcoating. We wanted a solution that did more than temporarily improve the appearance of pavement. We wanted something that addressed the deterioration happening within the asphalt itself.
That search led us to Pavement Dressing Conditioner in 2018. We began applying PDC in 2019 and have since used it on commercial parking lots, apartment communities, retail properties, sporting venues, airports, municipal streets, churches, office complexes, and other paved surfaces.
Why We Chose PDC
Asphalt begins losing essential oils through oxidation long before major cracks or potholes appear. Traditional sealcoating creates a surface layer, but it does not replenish the binder within the pavement.
PDC takes a different approach. It penetrates the asphalt and replenishes oils lost through oxidation, helping restore flexibility and slow further deterioration.
For our clients, that means an opportunity to preserve existing pavement, extend its useful life, and better manage long-term maintenance costs.
Our Mission
Replacing asphalt is a significant capital expense, especially for small businesses, property owners, and municipalities working within limited budgets.
Our goal is to help clients take a more proactive approach. When incorporated into a scheduled pavement maintenance plan, PDC can help delay major repairs and resurfacing while preserving the asphalt clients already have.
We believe responsible pavement maintenance should provide meaningful long-term value, not simply improve how a surface looks for a short period of time.

ARC is operated by a husband-and-wife team with a shared work ethic and a straightforward, get-it-done approach.
We do not hand projects off to subcontracted crews. The owners remain directly involved throughout the process, from evaluating the pavement and determining the appropriate application rate to preparing the surface and applying the treatment.
