This project was done in conjunction with the City of Valley, NE and Eagle Engineering Group. This is an HOA community on a lake outside of Valley, Nebraska. We performed 400,000 square feet of residential street PDC preservation. The Ginger Cove community consists of 160 residential home sites surrounding a private 86 acre spring fed lake. This job was performed in the Fall of 2023 over a period of 3 days.
